We have wanted to do exchanges from the moment we learned it was possible, and we heard about it in our english classes. English texts for foreigners always comprise a text about house exchanging, and we greeks are always trying to learn english, or ameliorate it. But we have had to wait until ou found out the net adress, and start for real doing exchanges. Our youngest childrn were already aged 11.
Well, we went until now several times in the UK, England, Scotland and Wales, several times in Venice, and once in the USA, in New York City. We also made something like a tour of Europe with several exchanges, in Italy, Switzerland and France, and that was the most complicated exchange until now. We went to Holland and Germany.

Now even the youngest children are grown up and go holidays on their own, so we are the two of us who exchange, and sometimes together with a couple of friends. This year is Sweden, with the idea that it would be wise to visit cool places in summer and warm places in winter. (So we went in Venice in Mars). I love this way of visiting countries and of meeting with people, I really hope that I will be able to do it again and again.
